Hello & welcome to a mini round-up of all the action in the Essex Olympian League this weekend, looking at the results from the Premier Division all the way to Senior Division Four.
Olympian League – Premier Division
Basildon Town P – P Leigh Ramblers

Canning Town 0 – 1 Frenford
Frenford edged this contest over Canning Town thanks to a solitary goal from substitute Driscoll to see them stay top by two points. Town are in 11th place.
Catholic Utd P – P Bishop’s Stortford Swifts
This match was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.
Harold Wood Athletic P – P Springfield
This match was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.
Kelvedon Hatch 2 – 1 White Ensign
Manford Way 1 – 3 May & Baker E.C
May & Baker returned to winning ways with a comeback win at Manford Way. Reece Tranter had put the hosts ahead, though goals from Johnson, Elbi and substitute Osei sealed an important win for the former leaders. Manford drop to 9th spot while May & Bakers rise to second place.
EOFL – Senior Division One
Galleywood 1 – 4 Snaresbrook
Great Baddow 2 – 0 Runwell Sports
Baddow extended their unbeaten run to ten matches as a Sam Mead double ensured the win over bottom side Runwell Sports. The hosts go top by two points due to this win and the fact that Buckhurst Hill were not in action today. Sports stay bottom, level on points with Galleywood though they have five matches in hand on Sports.
Newbury Forest P – P Buckhurst Hill
This match was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.
Old Chelmsfordians 1 – 0 Harold Hill
Old Southendian 5 – 1 Shenfield AFC
The hosts powered to a big win over mid-table Shenfield at Garon Park. Sam Jones (2), Nick Henesy (2) & Jon Staines secured the points and stay 3rd, six points off the leaders while Shenfield remain 6th.
